1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we have strict return and refund policies to ensure hygiene and safety. You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (for certain eligible returns).

β Products purchased on sale or with discount codes.
β Personal care and consumable items for hygiene reasons.

2. Reporting a Return or Refund Request
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, follow these steps:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Attached photos/videos as proof
3οΈβ£ Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
π Note: If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

3. Return Process (If Applicable)
If a return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address. You must:
π Ship the product back within 7 days of approval.
π¦ Ensure the item is in original packaging and unused.
π Once received, we will inspect the product and process the refund or replacement.
π Return shipping costs:
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for shipping fees.

4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

COD Orders β Refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations
π Cancellation before shipping: Allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
π« Cancellation after shipping: Not allowed.

6. International Orders
For orders shipped outside India (UAE, Qatar, USA, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.), we do not accept returns due to high shipping costs. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
